New hires receive an Okta enrollment email on day one. Hardware tokens ship from Facilities; do not share authenticators.

VPN

Employees use AnyConnect against the corporate VPN bookmark. Vendor engineers are not enrolled there. Your CS owner sends a separate remote-access packet during contractor onboarding.

Change windows

DNS and edge changes go through CAB. File tickets against SRE, not Helpdesk.
